What is an E-Statement?
An E-Statement is an electronic account statement delivery system that is a quicker alternative to receiving the traditional paper statement. An email notification is sent to you notifying you that your statement is available for viewing through Net Bank. By receiving an E-Statement you have the flexibility to save your statement onto your computer electronically and print a copy at your convenience.
When do I receive my E-Statements?
Prosperity Bank will send a notification your email address and deliver your account statement to Net Bank by the first business day following your statement cycle period.
Does an E-Statement have the same information as my paper statement?
Yes. E-Statements contain your monthly account history, just like your current paper statement, but with the convenience of electronic delivery.
Do I receive check images with my E-Statement?
Yes. Your Check images can be included with your eStatement depending on your account product with us. If you are not receiving your images and would like to via eStatement, please contact your local banking center for assistance.
