Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS)
Callers who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have speech impairment may contact Prosperity through TTY (Teletypewriter) or other Operator Assisted Relay services. Dial 711 or your preferred Telecommunications Relay Service and connect to Prosperity at 1-800-531-1401.
Text Message & Chat Support
We offer text message and chat support during our regular business hours. Just send a text message to 832-966-7843 or click on the chat bubble on the right-hand side of the website, to chat with one of our support specialists immediately.

We have a platform that allows secure messages to be sent through online banking. This can be accessed by logging into Online Banking and selecting "Profile" then "Messages" and select "Compose New" to send message details to the Bank.
