Online Everyday Banking

Prosperity Online Banking enables you to manage your everyday banking needs at your fingertips. Whether from your desktop or mobile device, your Prosperity Bank accounts are safe and secure.

With Prosperity Online Banking, you can quickly and securely manage your accounts around the clock. Prosperity Online Banking offers the fastest and most comprehensive opportunity to empower our customers to perform their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want to.

LegacyTexas Online Banking Information

On Monday, June 8, your online banking account will automatically transition to Prosperity Online Banking.

You will continue to enjoy all the basics you’ve come to expect when managing your accounts online. To make the transition, LegacyTexas Bank's Online Banking will be disabled beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday, June 5.

When you log in to Prosperity Online Banking for the first time, you will use your current LegacyTexas user name and password. You will have the option to create a new user ID and password once you have logged in.

 

What will transition over to the new system?

  • All scheduled recurring transfers between LegacyTexas accounts will remain active.
  • Bill Pay payees and 12 months of scheduled payment history will transfer.
  • If you are currently enrolled in Online Statements, you will have access to up to 24 months of statement history. Note: Your full history will not populate until the end of June. 

 

What will NOT transition over to the new system?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate the transition of all your online banking features, including:

  • Account history for checking and savings accounts will NOT transfer to Prosperity Online Banking. To retain a copy of your current history, either use the Print feature in Account History to print individual pages or the Export feature to export into your preferred format. Note: these features will be disabled at 5 p.m. on Friday, June 5. As an alternative, you can take screenshots of each page through Sunday, June 7.
  • eBills will NOT transfer, so you will need to re-enroll once you have logged in to Online Banking.
  • Text and email alerts will NOT transfer and need to be recreated once you have logged in to Online Banking.
  • Direct Connect enrollment with Quicken,® and QuickBooks® will be unavailable beginning at 3 p.m. on Friday, June 5 and will need to be re-established on Monday, June 8 by updating the financial institution to reflect PROSPERITY BANK-NEW.
  • Money Management accounts, categories and history will NOT transfer. Prosperity offers Spending, a similar budgeting tool, and your information will need to be re-entered.
  • Popmoney® will NOT transfer, so you will need to re-enroll in Popmoney through Prosperity’s Bill Pay service. Once you are signed up, you will need to re-enter all current payees.
  • Transfers to External Accounts will need to be re-established through Prosperity Online Banking.

Online Banking & Mobile App Features & Enhancements

The new & improved Online Banking and Mobile Application offer a new user-friendly design, enhanced security options, as well as new features and functionality including:

  • Enhanced user experience.
  • Customizable home page views.
  • User activity tracking, including login/out times and notification of when your security questions are changed.
  • The enhanced identity verification process provides added security.
  • Customize your Mobile Banking features with the same look and feel as your Online Banking profile.
  • Track your savings goals and budget expenses with the new spending module.
  • Direct link to Quicken and QuickBooks.
  • Additional alert notifications of profile or security changes to your account and loan payment reminders.
  • Automatic display of your newly opened accounts and more.
  • New debit card security and notification.

 

New upgraded features are designed to help account owners manage the access of other users including:

  • Primary may grant the secondary user access to some or all of the primary user accounts.
  • The primary has options to set the other user transaction limits.
  • Primary has options to set rights by account (Stop Pay, Bill Pay, Transfers, and more).
  • Primary has the ability to set dual approvals.
  • Secondary users do not need to have a relationship with the bank.

External Transfers

With External Transfers, you can quickly and easily initiate the transfer of funds to and from another financial institution from one of these Prosperity accounts through Online Banking including Checking, Savings, Money Market Checking, Money Market Savings and Brokerage.
